Answer The best thing I can tell you is to look for private owners that need to sell their cars because they are moving. Generally spwaking, when you are buying used cars, you are buying someone else's problem. Finding a last minute seller, or someone with another motivation to sell a car besides "gotts get rid of this car" would be desirable.
