Just a suggestion, but when the bearing froze up on my Q45, instead of paying 125.00 for a new one, ( new pulley, that is) I went to my local Burton auto supply, bought the new bearing to match, and had a machine shop pop it on. It cost me 11.00 to fix it.

I just replaced my idler pulley on my 99 Altima. I had to remove the motor mount which made it a lot easier to get that bolt out. I also put a piece of wood between the jack and the oil pan to prevent damage. Once you get the bolts out you may have to jack the engine up 1-2 more times to get the pulley bracket out. The rest is easy
