I had the same problem with a misfire and code. took the car to the dealer and found out I had a blown head gasket. If you are having to add antifreeze then most likely a blown gasket. A way to see if your head gasket is blown is to let the car sit over night then pull the plug giving you a misfire. look down into the piston and see if there is any liquid on top of your piston.
