Question
I am a u.s.citizen, I married a chinese citizen in beijing two years ago. She still lives in China, I live in u.s. Both of us want to divorce now, we don't have any children and property together. How do I divorce with her? Do I have to go to china for the divorce? Can I just fill the divorce in u.s.?

Answer
Generally speaking, you need go back to Beijing for the divorce.
You can go to the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau, the place you registered your marriage, to register your divorce.
I'm not sure whether a US court can accept you case. In my mind, the chance of go back beijing will prevail.
