Question Hi, I am a board member for a 501c3. By law do we have to have a phone number listed? We would like to use our website for communications.

Answer I have in my profile that this free forum is only for relevant IRS federal exemption issues of 501(c)(3) organizations. There is no federal law that requires your phone number to be listed. The federal requirements for release of information are at:
