pls find the factors of 3x^2+12x-2511=0.stepwise answer would be helpful.

The quadratic has numerical factor 3, so it becomes:
3(x^2 + 4x -837) = 0.
We now need factors of 837 which differ by 4.  These must be close to the square root of 837 which is close to 29.  This suggests the factors of 837 required are 27 and 31.  Using a factor tree on 837 =3*837 = 3*3*93 + 3*3*3*31 confirms this.
So we end up with 3(x+31)(x-27) = 0.  I'm sure you can now solve the equation.
