Expert: George Rapitis, BSc. Nutritionist - 11/9/2008

Question
What Liquor has the least amount of Calories,so I can be conscious of keeping my weight down, like I've been?

Answer
Hello Adam!

Most liqiour is chalked full of calories. Clear like vodka and rum have less then dark, whiskey, bourbons, tequilas. The lowest calorie I've found is rum (bacardi). Many people on a diet switch their drink to bacardi and diet coke.  Hope this helps!
