Question
hi my name is ellie and i am 14 years old. i am going to new york in 2 weeks and i want to look nice with my bikini on the beach. for the past month i have tried to loose weight but i feel like nothing is working. I know that 2 weeks is a bit short notice 2 loose weight but is there any advice you could give me thanks

Answer
Dear Ellie, Two weeks is not a lot of time but start today by eating healthy foods like fruit, vegetables, lean meats, chicken, fish, low fat dairy, whole grain bread and healthy fats like those in salad oil. Count calories and try to stay around 1500 calories per day. Lastly, you must exercise as much as you physically can. Exercise is the key to weight loss, so get out and walk, jog, or do any other exercise you can find. Strive for at least one hour per day for the next two weeks. Also try to do about 100 crunches daily to help firm the abdominal muscles. Hope that helps, Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com
