Experience My knowledge is all practical, life experience. I spent over a year reading dozens of books, online literature, magazines, and lots of other sources. I've studied nutrition, weight-lifting, bodybuilding, exercise science, and many other fitness-related fields.
Education/Credentials I have no formal education in fitness or nutrition. But, then again, I am a computer programmer and trainer with no formal education in my field either. I'm completely self-taught in everything I do. However, I can give you plenty of tips and pointers on how to safely lose weight.

Garlic pill Does aid in weight lost. I take one pill three times a day...and it helps with metabolizing fat in your body...it really works!

yes you can loose wait my doctor told me that i can eat 1 clove aday and stay away from carbs and u can loose wait garlic is a natural weight loss food u should excise to i have loss 37 pounds eating garlic and going to the gym every other day
