Nutrition & Dieting - weight loss

Expert: Nevil Kapadia - 8/15/2008

Question
I excercise for atleast two hours daily, and eat less than 1000 calories a day but I'm still a little overweight. What am I doing wrong?

Answer
Brittney,

You are probably not eating enough of the right foods. 1000 cals sounds way too little for what you are doing.

Remember, the more you exercise the more you should eat, in order to keep your energy high and burn the fat. Too many people believe in the opposite and end up frustrated and fat!

If you feel that you will struggle to eat lots more food, then the nutrition shake is the answer. This is what I and my family have been having for the past 3 years and we all feel fantastic!

Hope this helps and have a look at my site if you'd like more info on the shakes.

All the best
