Question
Hello, i just wanted your advice on how i can gain weight and what sort of weight gain powder i can use. I'm looking for something of high quality so please can you suggest a few. My aim is to put on weight all over my body because i am a very skinny person and i want to put on at least 2 stone. I've never tried before and so i hope your professionalism in this area can help me achieve that. I realise that i need to do some toning exercises too so i would greatly appreciate if you can advise me on which free exercises i can do for overall muscle building. btw im 24 and im a male weighing 9 stone. thankyou so much i look forward to hearing from you.

Answer
Hello,

You don't want to gain fat, only muscle, right? It's a serious business and I suggest you educate yourself on a regular basis. A couple of canned tips will not work! Here are the most reputable manuals I'm aware of. Give them a try.

No Nonsense Muscle Building

Truth About Abs

Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle - don't worry about the "fat" part, Tom Venuto's nutrition advice is very sound for all.

Hope it helps,
