Question Hi! I need to lose fat, and to do this i'm willing to run 30 min. every day, and i'm currently also weight lifting consistently at 3 times a week, to get stronger. But, to get stronger, i'm supposed to eat every roughly 3 hours, but how can i do this and lose fat at the same time?
Answer Jamal,
It is all about WHAT you eat.
Lean protein and complex carbs at each meal, with plenty of wtare- 6-8 glasses a day.
The protein can come from lean meats, fish, poultry, eggs, soya.
The complex carbs come from fresh veg.
Avoid sauces and frying and drinking fizzy drinks.
What this does is raise your metabolism by feeding a balnced diet to your muscles. This allows your body to then burn fat.
It's that simple!
