Question
Hi! My name is Chanel and I'm 14 years old. I am about to go to 9th grade thos year and looking to lose weight so I won't be self -conscience of myself any more. I am currently 5'1 and 250 pounds. All during Elementary and Juniorhigh I've been depressed because of my weight. My food really isn't a problem but I  can always im prove. My main problem is soft drinks and not being motivated enough to excersize. So i was wondering do you have a solution to my problem.

Answer
Chanel,
Nothing I can do can give you motivation- How you feel is completely in your hands. I can tell you that if you make the time to walk for a half hour a day to start with and replace soda with water, you will feel better both physically and mentally and it will totally be worth it.

Set a schedule for yourself and go for it!

Good Luck :)
