Question
my height is 5ft 6 inch.And my weight is 70 kg i want to deacrease my stomach and weight up to 5 kg can u give me advice

Hi Jagetia,

The first things to look at are what you are eating. You should be having lean protein and fresh veg as the main foods each day. Then, you can have a little bit of rice,wheat,etc. If you are vegetarian, you should be substituting the meats for soy/tofu.

Each day you should aim to get about 90g of protein from your meat source. This protein will allow you body to increase it's metabolism and burn more fat.

You ca then support this with daily exercise such as bodyweight exercises and some cardio workouts.

Whether you can decrease by 5kg of fat will depend on how your body and genes are set, and this is something you have to live with.

In the end, you can only become the best your body can be.
