Question
what foods are the best to loose weight with, like what
meats, fruits, any kind. any meathods i could try like i
tryed eating an apple before a meal so i would eat so much i
cant go exercise because im im a appartment and my mom never
lets me go anywhere.

ok im 16 and im around 5'4" and around 165 lb. i know the
main reason i got so much weight because of my childhood,
eating most of the time (not so healthy foods) and stress.
and i have a very busy life style wake up early and go to my
brothers and sisters therapies and appiontments every
weekday and stay at home most of the time and weekends do
nothing but go to the park once in a while. i don like
exercisein at all, i have vocial chord disfunction so i get
out of breath easyer. iv been cooking fish, chicken, mac and
cheese, the packaged noodles with the seasonings and
flavorings (the kind just add water and some butter and
microwave it), canned fruits and vegies, cereals, soups,
mostly the easy stuff.

we dont have enough money for any kind of deit things but i
tryed herbalife and it worked but i didnt stay on it long
because i didnt hae enough money to get more.  is there any
meathods i could try with my terrible eating habits?

Krystine,

If you know you have terrible eating habits- then you know that you can make them better. There isn't a trick to weight loss- eat healthy food and exercise.

If you have breathing issues try starting with a yoga DVD. You can get them fairly inexpensively and it will help to train you to breath deeper, which will help your breathing. Just walking can be a great source of exercise, so take the time you have during the weekend and walk :)
