Question I'm 17 years old. i am 5'7" and i weigh about 125 to 130. im a little flabby like in the love-handle part of my body, my arms, and my thighs. i was wondering how much weight i should lose and whats the best way to make my flabby areas tight. thanks for your help.
Answer Dear Courtney, You are at a normal weight for your height, so don't lose weight just exercise. Side crunches and weight lifting along with a daily walk of at least 30 minutes will firm the whole body, just give it a few weeks. Dieting will not tone the body, weight lifting will.
