Question hi, can you tell me,please, how much cheese pr.day is reasonable to eat ???? i,m talking hard cheeses, like Chedder etc.
not cottage or dietry cheeses.
i love my cheese but think maube i eat to much in 1 day

Each one ounce serving of cheese equals about 100 calories, mostly from fat. I would limit your intake to no more than 2 or 3 servings a day and pay attention to your fat intake on days that you eat 3 servings.
