Nutrition & Dieting/constipation


hello sir ...sir i regularly go gym exercises ...drink lot of water ..stil in morning i have my stomach constipated.
what should i do sir.m age is 20.
what should be do's and dont's ??
please tell something about eating and exercise sir:)

Certainly if this is an ongoing problem you should see a physician.
Some people with constipation benefit from an increase their fiber intake. Fresh fruits and vegetables, dried fruits, and whole grains are all good sources. The recommended daily intake in the US is 25-35 grams per day. Increasing intake gradually will prevent stomach aches and gas from causing too much discomfort.
