Nutrition & Dieting/Living balance with nutritional products


I am just trying to have cut down on taking a lot of capsules for this and that.  I am between 55 and 60.  In your opinion, is there a basic routine of supplements and nutritional products that I can take that will balance and average person needs like take a vitamin and mineral supplement, apple cider vinegar, flax seed oil, spirulina, etc.

Any tips will be appreciated.

Every body is different but I can share with you what I take every day:

Probiotics (Primal Defense)
Vitamin D3 4000-6000 IU (unless I'm in the sun a lot)
Omega-3 fats (either flax seeds, chia seeds, or an oil)
Juice Plus+ (26 fruits, veggies and berries in powder capsules/gummies -

I do eat spirulina as well but not every day - usually just in smoothies.
