I would agree that the fat % is definitely an issue. Unless the ice cream states low/reduced fat you can count on it being 12-16% butterfat and of course high fat meats would cause the same reaction. Also, do you still have your gallbladder? I only ask because when high fat foods are eaten by individuals who have had their gallbladder removed the high fat foods move "quickly" through their system and this can cause GI stress.
