to loss weight what should be diet i am 65kg i want to pull it down till 58or 60kg

To lose weight, limit your calories to 1500-1800 per day- you will lose 1-2 pounds per week. Read all labels, write down calories totals and stay with the 1500-1800 and you will lose weight.
