Question
QUESTION: Hi, I have no idea how to find a dietitian in my area 29536. You said you could help? Thank you, Lisa

ANSWER: Hi Lisa,

Here you go!

Here is a page I got looking up "Dillon, South Carolina Dietitians"
http://www.yellowpages.com/dillon-sc/dietitian?From=SEMPS_MCX2_10005_NONE&g=%2C+

Next, I would try calling local hospitals and ask to speak with their dietitian and find out if they see outpatients.

But it looks like there are several listed nearby your area.
You may have to travel to Florence, I'm not sure.

let me know if I can help any more...

QUESTION: One more question. Do you think there is anyone else on this website that would tackle my first question on what's going on and why I can't lose these lbs.? I counted 1245 calories yesterday and gained another lb. So frustrating! Thank you again for your help, Lisa

Answer
Hi Lisa,
I don't know anyone on this site personally, but I definitely think it's worth a shot to send your question to others and see what feedback you get. You will probably get some advice regarding eating more, eating less, eating different times of day, increasing your activity, changing your activity schedule, etc etc.  Then you can try whatever sounds reasonable to you!

You should also be aware that the scale will fluctuate during any day depending on how much water you drink, when was the last time you urinated or had a bowel movement, perspiration from exercise, etc. So it's not likely at all that you actually gained a pound of body fat since yesterday ;)
