I think that perhaps your expectation of losing weight in 3 days is somewhat unrealistic. Also, your caloric intake might not be sustainable long term. What might happen down the line is that your hunger might catch up with you and you might end up binging. That's what they call yo-yo dieting and it doesn't work. You need to eat enough of healthy foods that promote metabolism and are low on the glycemic index. That on its own is not enough as it should be combined with an effective exercise weight loss program.

I lost 10 pounds in just over a month and I followed an exercise program that takes only 90 minutes per week. Each exercise session boosts your metabolism for 36 hours. You can find more info here:
