Nutrition & Dieting/Amino Suppliment

Question
I am not sure if it will make you cringe to mention his name, but Dr. Oz suggested everyone take suppliments that contain all of Lysine, Ornithine, Arginine, and Glysine as a way of increasing the amount of human growth horomone the body makes naturally. Do you know of a pill that contains all 4 of these? I would certainly prefer it in one pill if anyone has it. On that particular show there was a bottle that had them all, but since Dr. Oz doesn't directly promote any brands the bottle wasn't labeled with one.

Answer
You guessed it! I'm  cringing :)
I can't imagine that the body makes more growth hormone with these amino acids (why not just obtain them from eating meat?)
And since they escape FDA regulation--being neither a food nor a drug--you can never really be sure of what's in a supplement you buy.
Perhaps you may find more information on their website?

If a person has growth hormone deficiency there are medical treatments. But if your body produces what it needs, it won't make more with more amino acids. Just like your car won't go faster by topping off the gas tank.
