Nutrition & Dieting/Juicing for weight loss

How does Raw Vegetable Juicing affect weight loss and what is the best strategy to go about doing it?

Hello Jason,

In my professional opinion, blenderizing fruits and vegetables doesn't do anything that chewing them up doesn't accomplish.

Perhaps when people blenderize, or juice, they are eating more fruits and vegetables than they normally do, paying more attention to their diet (because they're attempting to be more healthy) and perhaps they are more full from the fluid and fiber so they eat a bit less.

Merely adding fruit and vegetable juice to the diet does not increase metabolism or incite weight loss in any 'magic' way :)
