High blood pressure meds and cholesterol meds could do more harm than good here. Fixing this problem of obesity and belly fat is about bettering your overall relationship with food.

Real wholesome foods is key. Nutrient diversity by way of variety. A pro tip to get you started is change your morning breakfast routine. You should NOT be eating any carbs, grains, sugar or whole grains in the morning. This will spike your insulin & blood glucose causing your body to go into fat storage mode.

Instead start each morning off with a dose of healthy fats and a little quality protein. This won't have such a crazy effect on your glucose levels and will start you off in fat burning mode for the day.

sorry to hear this my friend. First thing i want to make is that obesity is the biggest cause for so many diseases nowadays. As you mentioned high blood pressure

high cholesterol. These are caused by obesity only. Try to reduce some weight. So many things will be back in place for sure. Rest you should consult your doctor for the same. Wishing you luck!!!!!!!!
