Question Hoping you may be able to provide some advice. My 19 month old is allergic to milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts. I'm most concerned about getting him enough calcium, protein and fat that he is missing from the elimination of whole milk from his diet. I am waiting on an appt with a pediatric dietician, but until then, do you have any suggestions on foods that he may be able to eat that will provide what he is lacking?
Answer Summer,
With that number of allergies I don't want to make any guesses or give you standard advice. Unfortunately you will should wait to see the specialist where you can have personal interaction.
