Answer
Amit,

Since one egg yolk has about 30-50% of the daily recommended amount of dietary cholesterol, it is suggested that we not eat more than one egg a day.  This includes egg found in other foods we eat (any prepared food that contains egg – cake, casserole, etc.).

The recommendations also suggest about 2 servings of low-fat meat & beans a day (protein).  One serving is 3 ounces.  I would suggest you eat no more than one serving of chicken and then eat another serving of meat or beans.  Fish is a particularly good food.  It is recommended that we eat fish at least twice a week.

You can get more detailed information at www.MyPyramid.gov

I hope this helps.
