Question On Friday, Saturday and Sunday I eat whatever I want - usually Steak, potatoes, hamburger + hotdogs. During the week I eat very little (1 organic English muffin made with fruit 3/4 cup cherrios), Thursday's I have a fast food lunch. I gain approx 4 lbs over the weekend which I loose during the week. I am not over weight 5'7" 109 lbs on Sunday - 105 lbs by Thursday. I have just started working with weights as opposed to 100% aerobics. My main goal is to get washboard abs (floor exercises no weights). I have a roll of upper ab fat. I feel I need to loose 4 lbs of fat. I believe I can do this with my present regime. My questions is - I know it is probably not the right thing to do to eat as I do. However, I really enjoy starving somewhat during the week to look forward to my week end piggishness. Is this such a bad thing? Will I jepodize any muscle building I hope to do.

I'll come straight to the point as I have grave concerns about your future.
The enourmous stress you are putting your body under will not last for long. Your body will give up in some way or form and this will lead to disease, illness and eventually an early departure.
Will you jepordise muscle building? Absolutely.
What you starve yourself on is unbalanced and rubbish, as nutrition goes.
What you pig out on over the weekend is nothing but a heart attack waiting to happen.
So, for the entire week, you are feding yourself a diet of death.
If you feel I am being over the top then think again- I make these points as I'm here tohelp people, and if it means telling it as it is- then so be it.
I hope I have made you sit up and take notice!
Oh, by the way, doing floor exercises without weights will not give you the abs you desire- you must do weighted movements.
