Now my weight increased to 71 kgs within this 4 months after i came to Dubai . I dont Know how its happened . i dont smoke and drink also. Normally i m taking veg foods with little quantity only. After i came to Dubai i didn't eat tasty food also. Is there chances of any problem . I would be very thankful for ur advice in this matter

Answer
ARUL,

Weight gain occurs when one or more of the following occurs:  1) you eat more calories, 2) you burn fewer calories (less physical activity or exercise), 3) there is a medical abnormality going on.

You should take an honest look at how your diet and physical habits have changed since you went to Dubai.  You could always go see a doctor for a check up to make sure there is not a medical cause for your weight gain.

I cannot tell you the chances of a medical problem without doing a thorough interview and investigating your diet and physical activity pattern before and after your move.  You are also at the age where your resting metabolism is starting to slow down, so the same amount of food may start to add body weight unless you become more physically active.

Best regards.
