Question hi
I m a woman of age 25 and my height is 172cm and my weight is 183lbs.
I know i m fat.But i donno how to reduce my weight.Heres my daily diet.
morning - 5 rice cakes each of 50 gms
no milk and cheese since i m a vegan
afternoon - 500gms of rice
evening -snacks like chips or some oil items.
night - 500gms of rice
I cant control myself in eating.I donno know how to stop eating oily items.
besides this i m going to gym daily for some 30 minutes and i work with treadmill for 30 minutes.
can you help me please.I m having increased weight around my waist ,cheeks and legs.

Thanks for your question. Sounds like you are eating too many carbohydrates and not enough protein in your diet. You need to increase your intake of beans and nuts.I would recommend checking out www.mypyramid.gov where you can create a healthy eating plan designed to your calorie needs. You must remember that you need 30 minutes of activity daily such as walking, jogging, bikeriding, swimming, and light weightlifting.
