hi,
this is a silly question :)
If instead of doing exercises to loss weight,I stil breathing successively and rapidly , will I burn fats as if i was doing exercises?

Answer -
Dear Fat man,
You won't lose weight, what you will do is hyperventilate your lungs. Hyperventilating your lungs will cause a carbon dioxide imbalance in the lung tissue making breathing very difficult. To lose weight, get out and walk, walk , walk. Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com

Answer
Dear fat man,
Walk for 30 minutes or more everyday. The more walking you do the more calories you will burn. Everyone burns calories at a different rate. Search and check out one of those free calorie calculators found on some websites. You will have to put in your statistics to find out how much you can burn with walking. Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com
