Question
i am looking for the fastest and smartest way to lose weight. i am on the eat more to lose more system. i was wondering how often should i eat throughtout the day. what is your opinion on when to eat if i work nights. before or after i exercise in the mourning keeping in mind that i workout and then go to sleep. should i wait until i wake up or eat something after i workout. thanks

Hi Kennietha

I am just giving you a brief answer because you didn't ask about any diet tips.  I would recommend eating 5 to 6 times a day--every 2 hours seems to work out well for most people as this keeps the blood sugar level and the metabolism at its peak.  I would eat something light before exercing and then have a larger meal when you get up.
