Is fat free milk the best milk for a diabetic?

You asked which milk is best for a diabetic? Fat free /skim milk would be the best choice with regards to fat content; however, fat free and whole milk contain the same amt of sugar, so you would want to still set a daily limit, depending on what amt your nutritionist has planned for you. An even better choice would be the low carb milk by Hood company, which is low in fat and sugars/carbs!
