Nutrition & Dieting - Too much fruits

Expert: Todd Bublitz, RCEP - 3/9/2007

Question
HI
is it bad to eat too much fruits, say 4 fruits a day on a woman in her late 30's????? (sugars)
Thank you.

Answer
Mace,

The recommended amount of fruits a day can vary slightly depending on the person (age, weight, physical activity, etc.).  You should go to the www.MyPyramid.gov website to evaluate a healthy eating plan suited for you.
