so how many kilometers do i have to jog to looses 3kgs? if i eat(lunch or dinner) after jogging, do u think it is a waste of jogging?

i suddenly put on 3kgs coz im not dancing now. how can i get rid of the 3 kgs? do u think i should jog everyday, 1.6km? will that work?

Hi Sudha

To lose one pound of body weight you have to omit 3500 calories.  This can be done by diet or exercise or a combination of both.

Jogging is a good way to lose weight.  You can lose approximately 160 calories for each 2 mile jog.

It is best never to exercise right after any meal.  You should exercise prior to your mealtime.
