Question
What would be the fastest way to lose 15 pounds if you are 13 years old and have a month to do it I'm 160 pounds?

Do you have to be anorexic to do it?

Answer
Vicky,

I would never recommend that a teenager, who weighs 160 lbs., try to lose 9% of their body weight in one month.  That is unhealthy and foolish, in my opinion.

Whatever "IT" is that is requiring you to lose the weight, "IT" is not worth it.

If there is a medical reason behind this, go see your doctor.

Be careful and seek the advice of a medical professional that can sit down and talk with you face-to-face.
