Question I know I have a sort of mild form of OCD, there are certain things I have to do daily but I control them pretty good. My question is that lately I am become obsessed with death and dying.....I think about it all the time...not suicide just dying. I also don't sleep very well and haven't for years, so my question is : Can this obsession with death and dying be a result of OCD and do I need to seek medical help. I am a 56 year old female!
Answer Hi Gwen,
Maybe, if it bothers you greatly and affects your mentally and can't sleep well, you need to see your doctor as soon as possible. It may be related to new form of OCD.
Let me know when you see your doctor and maybe it is likely you be placed on some type of sleeping aid medication to help you go sleep.
