You have ocd. Go see a psychiatrist and get some help. I have it too. There are many treatment options.

I was just reading your concerns about your thoughts. I have a younger son who also just recently went through a quick similar situation. We are a God fearing family, so as a Christian and mother I became very concerned to why this was happening. Not saying by any means, Christians are exempt from bad thoughts because we fight what we call a spiritual warfare. So needless to say, my son was laying on the couch and jumped up with the biggest smile ever. He said mommie I got it! "I started to have a bad thought and immediately started saying over and over Jesus I love you! So now before a thought even tries to enter his mind, he starts with saying what has set him free (Jesus I love you). Maybe this may help you in Jesus name I pray.

I know what you are going through.  I was afraid to sleep because I thought God will kill me in my sleep.  The sad thing is I knew this would probaly not happen but there was a little chance.  They do not call OCD the doubting disease for nothing.  The good news is I have healed thanks to God.  If you want to talk my email is kimberlyferry@hotmail.com

Hello my name is Alex , I'm glad you are honest, and I'm here to tell you ,that you are not crazy or you need medications, from my perspective you have evil disturbances or spirits , like in the song Disturbia by Rihanna  like a thief in the night, to come and grab you, a disease of the mind.... And so on. Its happening around the world, people are becoming insane , I'm sure u don't believe in god, but I'm sorry he's the only one who can really help u, it doesn't hurt, to ask for his help , I'm sure right now u have angry feelings towards the mention of the name god, but that's not you, its those demons that give you bad thoughts, stop being a puppet, these demons are laughing at you, god is waiting for you with open arms, go to him, u need him. Free yourself. Repent those demons.

Expertise

I am only too familiar with the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) formerly neurosis. I understand the various treatments available and medication therapies being used and other co-existent problems along side OCD. I can help you identify it in yourself and in others and where to get help.

Experience

I correctly identified it in a family member when it was still though to be a rare illness. I later identified it in my daughters classmate and some co-workers. One of which kept being fired because of it. I have watched the progression of the disease and the areas it creeps into and the effect of medications on it on a person. If you see it in a person especially a child you need to intervene quickly. I did and now the one child just graduated magna cum laude at a state university.

Publications
I would suggest a separate heading for this disorder under the heading of Obessive Compulsive Disorder.
