Question Have the Beatles ever commented on what they think of Oasis?

Yes, Paul, Ringo, and the late George Harrison have all commented on Oasis' music. Ringo once said that Oasis will be finsihed "once they run out of Beatles tunes to rip-off". George Harrison, a few years before his death, echoed Ringo's sentiments, and Liam called Harrison a "nipple" live on MTV.
The only Beatle who seems to like Oasis is Sir Paul McCartney, who has publicly said that he enjoys their music. However, at other times the tabloids have reported that Sir Paul isn't fond of Oasis, so I don't think anyone can say for sure exactly what Paul does think of the band.
The Beatles' influence in Oasis' music is obvious to anyone who listens to their music, so I think it's only normal for the Beatles to feel that Oasis are making money by copying their style. However, Sir Paul is the only living Beatle who has never come right out and said that, even though deep down he may feel that way.
