Oasis/Meaning behind Morning Glory

Question
Hello, I've recently rediscovered my What's the Story cd and wasjust wondering how you interpreted the title track(Morning Glory), likewhat you think it's about or if there is a deeper message in it, you know, general read-between-the-lines kind of stuff. I have a few theories of my own but was hoping to get someone elses point of view.

Answer
Hey Alex :)

I don't really know if there's a deeper meaning in it, but I think it explains alot about what was going on in their lives at the time you know?  Having had the fame from the first cd and then money comes with that... of course there is the obvious drug references of 'chained to the mirror & the razorblade'.  there are a few radio interviews with Liam and Bonehead from that time and they're being silly and talking about Morning Glory meaning waking up with an erm... well you know ;) but it's also got that swagger that i love.  'walking to the sound of my favorite tune'.  i think it just sums up their attitude of taking over the world!

Thanks & Take Care,
Kim :)

Experience

I've been an Oasis fan since 1994 when I first heard Live Forever. I have been to see them 21 times which has included following them on several world tours. I have also had the amazing opportunity to spend time with the band getting to know them :) Oasis came into my life when I needed something to pick me up and I'll forever be grateful for them.
