Answer Hi Johnny,
Noel Gallagher officially confirmed the latest album news just a few days ago. He says it will be released in May 2005 with the album's first single to be released in March. No exact dates for either release have yet been given.
Noel also said that the album is FINALLY finished, though there is no site yet that has any track previews for the album. This probably won't happen until closer to the album's official release date.
