Experience I've been an Oasis fan since 1994 when I first heard Live Forever. I have been to see them 21 times which has included following them on several world tours. I have also had the amazing opportunity to spend time with the band getting to know them :) Oasis came into my life when I needed something to pick me up and I'll forever be grateful for them.
Question Is the song "Wonderwall" by Oasis a cover?
Answer Hi Mike,
No, Wonderwall is an original Oasis song written by Noel. He allowed the Mike Flowers Pop Orchestra to record a cover of it which was a sort of 70's lounge-like cover. The title Wonderwall was inspired by Wonderwall of Music by George Harrison, but none of the lyrics or music was borrowed (or stolen!) from anyone else.
