Does anyone know if and/or when Noel will go solo?

Answer
Noel has stated that he has written songs for a solo album, but that he will only release a solo album after Oasis has around 3 more albums than they currently do.  Also, Noel will NOT be splitting from the group, just doing a project on the side.
