Question it looks to me like the peeps running the official website have kinda gone missin'
my question is regarding a new album\single. I read in an article that a new singele was to have been released in october but i'm not sure if i have heard it...its hard to keep track with all the oasis stuff i download off the net...but do you know about that and if so when is the new album due out?
Answer Well, it seems the only person who knows when the next single will be released, what it will be called and what will be on it is Mr Noel Gallagher.
The original pressing of the single (probably 'The Hindu Times' available from various places on the net, albeit a poor quality live performance from the '10 Years of Noise and Confusion tour in October) was due for release in October 2001, but Noel decided it simply was not good enough.
Sadly, no "official' news exists as to what it was, and all us fans have to go on is what the press have said coupled with little tit-bits from what Noel and Liam have said.
Sadly, the same is true with the new album. There has been much speculation about it, the latest rumour being that the band have scrapped all the original recordings of it and are starting again... whether this is true or not is anyones guess.
