Answer Dear Rachel!
I am sorry to hear you are going through this. First of all, I recommend you to talk to your mom, your counselor or an adult family member you trust about your situation. I have teenage daughters and we talk about their issues and their friends' problems. I know that it can be very tough and difficult to talk to adults, but you are too young to be dealing with it on your own! You and your trusted relative can buy a pregnancy test in a drugstore and follow the instructions. However, even if the results are negative (meaning you are not pregnant), you need to see an OB-GYN doctor. Unprotected sex can lead to STD disease and you need to rule it out, too! I hope everything works out well for you, sweetheart. Please write to me if you need to talk!
