ObGyn/Pregnancy issues - Conception date question

Expert: Dr. Harriet Johnson - 10/28/2009

Question
Dr. Johnson,

On May 19th, I had sexual intercourse with a guy who did wear a condom, but before he put that condom on he may have rubbed my clitoris area with his penis. From May 21st through May 30th, I was with my now boyfriend for ten days straight. We had unprotected sex everyday(no condoms or birth control of any form) for the time that I was with him. June 8th, I took a home pregnancy test and it came back positive. When I went in for my first doctors appointment, my doctor said I was 7 weeks 1 day and my conception date was May 25th or 26th, leaving me with a due date of February 16th.
I think my LMP was May  5th.
My questions are:
How likely is it that this baby is not my boyfriends, but is instead the other guys? (Due to pre-ejaculation) and
Is it possible that I could have conceived after my predicted ovulation date?
Thank you!

Answer
Hi Samantha,

I'm 99% sure it's your current boyfriends baby. Because for it to be the other guys baby his sperm would have had to survive for 5-6 days which is very rare. It is possible that you conceived after your predicted ovulation date but I still believe this is your boyfriends baby. Good luck with your pregnancy!
