Question my baby is two weeks old.she keeps farting and strains a lot to get the fartv out.she also seems to have a problem passing the pooh pooh as you can see her strain and stretch while doing it.
she also cries alot at night of late while scratching her hands.
what could be the problem?possible solution?
ps the discomfort interferes with her sleep and feeding.
Answer Your baby sounds like she's having digestive problems and has food sensitivities. Get a referral from your OBGYN and see a nutritionist who specializes in maternity. You most likely will need to change your diet and eliminate foods that are difficult for your baby to digest. In the mean time, cut out ALL dairy from your diet, as lactose sensitivity is the most common problem for babies.
