I am also in the military.  You need to see your doctor to obtain the proper profile for your condition.  If your commander/supervisor pushes you to do anything against your profile, that person can get into serious trouble.  So if it is bed rest and no exercise, then that MUST be honored and followed.  I had a supervisor that told a lady she had to exercise beyond her profile restrictions after her baby was born.  She was hurting so bad she could not even pick her baby up to feed it.  Do not let anyone bully you into not taking proper care of yourself or your baby.  Your health is more important than those who think they know better than a doctor.  There are many of those out there, men and women.  No two pregnancies are alike.  I am a runner and weight lifter.  Big surprise to find out that I have a low lying placenta and in a ton of pain most of the time.  I cannot do the things I am used to doing right now; however, I plan on taking care of myself and baby NOW so that I can have the strength/ability to put myself in the best shape of my life once I give birth.  NO ONE will take away my ability to do that.
