Question I am a 26 year old stay at home pregnant woman with a strange problem. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and for the last month or so I have been having a really strange symptoms. When I go to bed at night my feet feel like they are on fire! I am unable to get to sleep, stay a sleep or cool them down without walking on cold tiles for over an hour. I would really love to be able to get more than 2-3 hours of sleep a night but I just don't know what to do and can't seem to find any answers anywhere else. Please help!
Sincerely,
Rean Knight
Answer This is a strange one, but my guess is that it might be athletes foot.
Wash your feet in warm water with soap. Dry fully. Apply a topical cream for athletes foot. Apply the cream on dry feet after your morning shower too.
If the skin on your feet is dry and cracked, apply a good moisturizer like Aquafor daily.
Wash all of your socks in hot water and bleach. Never wear a pair of socks more than once.
